Black Bear Kiss's live shows feature the trademark heavy riffs of guitarist Rob Jones, strong catchy vocals from singer Chris Leech, funky bass lines from Rich Sach, groovy guitar licks from Matt Duzz and powerful drumming from Chris Bagnall. The overall sound is extremely catchy with some talented song writing from five experienced musicians.

Brassic Oompah

1.00pm - 1.45pm

Founded in 2012, Brassic Oompah are a lively, committed and engaging German-esque ten piece band from Shrewsbury.  As the name suggests, the band originally formed through a need to earn some extra cash; however, not for themselves. This small yet perfectly formed band is just a small part of the bigger Shrewsbury Brass Band; a thirty strong traditional Brass Band and Brassic Oompah raises funds for the main band.

What can you expect from a Brassic Oompah gig? Well, alongside the more traditional Bavarian Beer singalongs and polkas, you will experience more modern tunes, some surprising audience participation and a somewhat over-excitable bandmaster. However, you can absolutely expect a no holds barred evening of excitement, fun and dancing!

No matter what the size of the event, fifty or five hundred people, we will always follow our motto: ‘If you book us, we will come’. By the end of the evening will have you laughing, clapping and singing traditional German toasts like a native.

Prost!
